NEW BEGINNINGS
2 Corinthians 5:17 says, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, and the new is here.”
As we begin a new year we often make resolutions. We want to lose weight, or work out more. We want to study our bible more and we want to just do better in general. Often these resolutions are broken by the time February comes.
The above Scripture tells us that when we become a Christian that we become a new creation. Everything that is old has gone and our new person is now here. Unlike us, God does keep his Word. When He says we are a new creation, then He sees us as a new creation forever. He sees us through the blood that Jesus shed on the Cross when he died for our sins.
